Some players are reporting a Diablo 3 Achievements Display Bug when trying to view Achievements (theirs and others). Blizzard have advised logging in and out again which is working for some people. Others it doesn’t and still their Achievements will not display. Blizzard have assured everyone that it is a display problem and that achievements are being tracked and logged and they are looking into fixing the problem.

Members of the Diablo 3 team comprising of Wyatt Cheng, John Yang, and Don Vu spent an hour and half discussing the 2.1 patch this evening, or morning depending on where you are, which starts with a general overview of the changes and new additions followed by questions taken from the the community.
During this evening’s live chat with the development team decided not to reveal the release date for the Diablo 3 Patch 2.1. Much to the frustration of everyone who turned up to watch the stream, the closest date they can give is still by ” the end of the month”. Oh, and AWESOME!

The Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition gamers on the Xbox One will be pleased to hear that Blizzard are committed to keeping the game patched alongside the PC versions of the game. We also assume this will be happening for the Playstation 4 version.

I hopped on the PTR last night and tested out a lot of new stuff. This isn’t one of my mega-reports since I only had a couple of hours to play, but I was able to try out new things with Nephalem Rifts, Demon Hunter skills, the gold interface, Cesspools, and more. So here’s my first, quick, Diablo 3 Patch 2.1 PTR Test Report.
The big patch is a go, and you can download the PTR client now and try out most of the new stuff. You need to download the entire client, almost like installing a second version of Diablo 3, and once you’re on the PTR you can copy your characters over from any live realm. Here’s Blizzard’s tutorial:

Patch 2.1 will introduce a new area, as announced in last week’s blog update from Blizzard but it’s not a fully fledged area with distinct monsters and bosses and will only spawn during Nephalem and Greater Rifts. This was in the blog update but it’s easy to miss that sort of thing when you’re focussed on the thought of “oh great a new area”. Small print.
With all the excitement of what is to come with the first content patch for Reaper of Souls it would be easy to overlook one of the less fleshed-out aspects to the game. Clan support finally made it in to a Diablo game but it has been a somewhat lacklustre attempt to satisfy the fans. Clan tags and chat are the two useful aspects but not much else. Enkeria asked if Clans would receive any attention in Patch 2.1. In a word “no” but Blizzard are, as always, open to suggestions as Nevalistis explained.
