Unboxing of Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition
Softshack has unearthed a video by WishingTikal of the unboxing of the Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition. It’s fairly quick, there’s not much dallying on each of the items but it’s good enough for a first look. Perhaps more videos will appear with people reverently attired in cape and helm as is customary for such occasions is it not.

Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition: Now on Not-Sale on Ebay
A friend sent me a link to view Diablo 3 Collector’s Editions on Ebay, with prices that surprised me. (More than retail.) While there, I noticed a fair number of Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition appearing up in the search results. That was a lot more surprising, and you can share my reaction to the search results.

HQ Video of D3CE Unboxing
We got that grainy video from Australia last week, which spawned controversy with the apparently black soulstone and Diablo skull. Hard to say how much of that was the poor video quality or just an irregularity in that batch of the product, since here’s a high quality video with good lightning, and the soulstone and skull look much more like the gray and dark red they were in the Diablo 3 Collector’s Edition promotional literature.

Buy.Com oversold so site reader Neter unfortunately got bumped. Gamestop just seem to have cancelled CoQui’s order but after phoning he managed to get it re-ordered.

D3CE Unboxing on Video
It’s pure visual porn, as some lucky girl delays her overdue manicure to show off the contents of a Diablo 3 Collector’s Edition. The USB stick, Diablo’s skull holder, soundtrack, game CD, Behind the Scenes DVD, and a stack of brochures and game passes are visible. She even flips through the artbook a bit, starting at about 1:00, but I didn’t see anything that’s worthy of a SPOILER warning.

D3CE Boxes Hitting Stores
A couple of days ago we saw photographic evidence of Diablo 3 boxes in stores, and a few fans commented that they’d only believe it when they saw D3CE boxes. Well, here you go, thanks to Fmulder pointing us to a post on AtomicPC, where they showed a photo from a user who saw a D3CE in an Australian store.
