Zealer / FOH hybrid (PVP) [ignore the older one]
Hey, I'm thinking of making a FOH / Zealer hybrid for PVPing focusing on the conviction aura for FOH-ing opponents far away and when they get close I would zeal them with high elemental damage aided by the aura.
So far I got:
1 point into Zeal
Max Conviction
Max FOH
Max Holy Bolt
Max Holy Shield (Not sure)
Rest into Holy Shock
^ Any suggestions? Not too sure about this.
Gear-wise:
Weapon: Gimmershard (High elemental damage + conviction) or Azurawrath (magic + elemental damage + nice minor bonuses) or Baranar's Star ( for the attack rating)
Weapon Switch: Wizardspike / creset moon (for FOHing) and demon limb (for enchanting)
Armor: Guardian Angel (max resist + helps blocking + + skills)
Shield: HOZ (good for both FOH and Zealing) or Swordback (open wounds for zealing) or Tiamat's Rebuke (lots of elemental damage) or Dragonscale (for the awesome fire damage)
Belt: Verdungos / tgods (elemental damage too) / arch / etc.
Helm: Nightwing (for the cold damage and bonuses [not a cold build so not sure if we should focus on this too much] or kiras (res) or vampire gaze (damage reduction and life leech)
Gloves: Lava gout or Hell mouth (both have elemental damage) or blood fists
Boots: Cow king boots or Infernostrides (fire damage)
Amulet: The usuals or rares (with elemental damage) or angelics (for attack rating)
Rings: The usuals or angelics (attack rating) or rares (elemental damage)
** Some notes this build is a zealer trying to combine all sorts of elemental damages with conviction to deal damage to opponents and a FOH second. I'm planning to max conviction because I plan to load the inventory with elemental damage charms rather skillers (good idea?)
My two main concerns is also will the attack rating be sufficient and will the combination of all the elemental damage + conviction be enough.***
Thanks for the input this is what I have so far looking for input.
