Zeal Table Universal?

Zeal Table Universal?

i was checking out the zeal table to find out how much ias i need to hit 5 frame zeal using a Passion weapon on my assassin. is it a universal table, or are those figures for a paladin only?

they are paladin only, but what weapon, and are you using bos? The tables are similar to a pally, but assassins will need less ias because of the skill ias that is bos. Give us some more info, and maybe we can help you..btw, you should be easily able to hit 4 fpa zeal, which is zeals max attack speed.

im not sure if i'll be using BoS at the moment, the build is still somewhat up in the air as far as skills are concerned.

At the moment, i will assume i will not be using BoS but rather fade, and my weapon of choice will most likely be a Passion Colossus Sword (making a ninja, 2 handed sword, and both balrog and col blade look too english. the other 4 swords looks a little scottish, but i'll make do. col sword just has the highest damage and swings very fast on an assassin)

Edit: However, if the required IAS for 4-5 frame zeal is too much, i will probably use BoS to hit it.

oh, you didn't mention 2 handed sword before. The cap on that is very likely 5 frames. I know that is the cap on a pally. you will need bos, that is for certain. otherwise, you are talking 160+ ias to hit your max framerate. Why not try a shield and long sword? Assassins look like they are carrying a katana when using that type of sword (cryptic is the elite version). It has good max damage, and traditionally, ninjas use 1 handed swords that often can be wielded as 2 handed. Mixing in a good kick could make you look like a real martial artist, and just maybe some of the cool throwing stuff? I would also make sure you max venom. You are gonna need all the help you can get.

thanks, Weltkriegpally. I may take your advice and use a cryptic sword, but i am trying hard to put style over all, so i can't use a shield. i wish i could dual equip a long sword and a small knife (like a tonto) id even settle for a long sword and a claw, but i can't do either. it may be kind of stupid, but this is a fun build, so i'll either swing a big 2 hander or use a cryptic and no shield. ideally it'll be a "Venom Zealot" with no mercs, no shadows, no metal armor... again we're going style over effectiveness

if i start to like it but really get my posterior handed to me, i may concede and use either a stormshield or a whistans. in the meantime ill keep searching for an assassin zeal table
