    Zeal damage on my pally

I am level 75 zealot with max fanat, max zeal, and max sacrifice.
I'm wearing a 342 grief (really low) a guilded exile, highlords, and ap fort. How much damage should I be doing? When I look at stats im only doing about 1.6k max damage, is this right?

**all my other gear don't have any skill or damage mods**

No, the damage from Grief does not show up correctly on the screen.

Oh, okay. So the damage I see is the damage calculated for just the phase blade damage?

Yes that is correct. You're actually doing allot higher damage with the +damage from grief and the ED% from Fortitude. BTW, 342 is still a good Grief. Even the lowest Grief is an awesome weapon.

4000 damage is a shocking but possible; CDQ said average of 5320 dmg which is even more shocking. However, this also makes it a little confusing . It takes me a few hits to kill a plague bearer (Act 2 Hell) which would mean that they would have about 8-12+ thousand hp with 4k damage and about 10-15 thousand hp with 5k+ damage:shocked: . If the damages are correct, I should technically be able to kill anybody in pvp with less that 5k hp in one hit, but thats not the case either lol. Can anybody tell me whats up with this?

**Please don't take this as a "no you're WRONG!" post. I am very greatful for your response and help, I'm just a little confused**

Damage in PvP is reduced to 17%. So your ~5000 PvM damage means that you're doing ~850 damage in PvP, assuming that your opponent isn't wearing DR gear.

the 5320 dmg actually means average damage due to your 25% DS. Remove the 25% DS mod on the Grief runeword and you will see the real damage. Put 100% in the DS box will of course show u double damage all the time.

Oh I get it now. Thanks soo much for your help guys. Just one more question. My zealot has around 12k AR rite now with 2 angelic rings and the ammy. I don't know of any other way to boost his AR to over 20k for duels. Any suggestions?

I currently have Crown of Thieves, AP Fort, Eth exile, dracs, dungos, angelic ammy/ring, wartravs, and grief pb.

    Thanks,
    Doksan

Fine large/medium/small charms with second mods (dmg/ar/life are the best). They all work.

Remember that you will need CBF so one angelic ring has to go for a ravenfrost, or stick a cham rune into something.

Yea, I couldn't decide between ravens or another angelic. The boost to AR is incredible though. I'll most likely get a cham rune for helm or something.

Thanks for all your help bladewind.
