Zeal barb question

is this build any good? if so what is the best sword to make passion out of? and if u guys have enough time what skills would i do to make one?

i'm thinking about making one myself so i workedout some details.

weapon: passion champion sword to get the 5 fps atack(only needs 20% ias from gear), balrog blade/zerk axe have higher dmg though::: i prefer champion

i won't go into other gear choices, you can read about them here

my idea is: fast attack speed, mass OW/DS, maybe some poison charms!
Also imo you will need to move fast so either enigma w/ fcr gear(arach, rings), or(i prefer this way) high lvl leap for movement+kb + as much frw as possible :clap:

as for skills(i haven't workedout this part): at least 10 to leap, much in iron skin i guess, some to increased speed, max bo/shout/mastery, 1 to wc, some to frenzy(depends on your tactics)...........(still thinking bout conc and zerk but i dont think i'll use them)

i used a legendary mallet for my passion and it works out all right. Probably wasnt best wep to runeword, but i just like the feel of mallets and scepters for my venger

Would a Colossus Sword be too slow?

imo yes, but it depends on what you want to achieve. if not champion/cryptic sword use zerker axe - a bit slower but higher dmg.

do you mean crafted blood gloves with ias? rends?
