Zakarums Hand
So I found the Zakarum's Hand Scepter tonight . I posted this in the paladin section too but figured someone here might know better .
One-Hand Damage: (36-41) To (67-76) (51.5-58.5 Avg)
Required Level: 37
Required Strength: 58
Durability: 50
Base Weapon Speed: [0]
+180-220% Enhanced Damage (varies)
+50% Damage To Undead
30% Increased Attack Speed
6% Chance To Cast Level 5 Blizzard On Striking
8% Mana Stolen Per Hit
Ignore Target's Defense
Regenerate Mana 10%
Heal Stamina Plus 15%
+2 To Holy Shock (Paladin Only)
+2 To Holy Freeze (Paladin Only)
(Only Spawns In Patch 1.09 or later)
If upped anyone think this might be ok for a frost zealot build ? Im just concerned that the damage is too low after its upped and it would only be good through NM . Anyone ever upped one of these and know the damage it will do ? I imagine if shael'ed / ias socketed in it , the itd would be nice and the blizzard would fire off quite a bit to make an ok NM weapon . I forget the ED on it right now but the max damage was only 70 - !!!
