    Your Zealot setup?

Just trying to get an idea of what people seem to be using as far as weapons go. I've got what I think is a pretty hurting setup right now and am looking for suggestions [Ladder]... I can probably afford anything you throw my way, I'm just not too familiar with Zealots. I also checked Cyrus' guide and I wasn't too keen on some of the ideas. Anyway, here's what I'm using at the moment:

    Vamp Gaze
    Archon Enigma
BOTD Zerker Axe...might use Jah'd Stormlash if it's that much better
199% HoZ...Might think about upgrading it, is it worth it?
    Highlord's
    Dual Leech/Ravenfrost Rings
Aldur's...probably gonna want Gore Riders I imagine, they that much better?

Sigon's Gloves and Belt...I know these are horrible for level 70, and I'll probably get Dracul's gloves, but what is the ideal belt? Considering String for the DR and not so much for the leech, but I'm not too sure

I'm pretty sure I've heard that there's another runeword armor that's better than Enigma for Zealot as well...If it's good enough to overrule the niceness of Teleport, then I'll probably change to it; I just don't remember what the armor is :)

By the way, this is mainly PvM.

    My latest paladin setup:

Rockstopper sallet (hopefully crown of ages someday)
    Mara's kaleidoscope amulet
    Doom war spike
    Chains of Honor diamond mail
    Exile royal shield
    Hellmouth war gauntlets
    Raven Frost ring
    Verdungo's Hearty Cord mithril coil
    Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band ring
    Gore Rider war boots

The armor you mean is probably "Chains of Honor". It gives +2 all skills, all resist +65 and some other nice mods.

    Thanks for the replies.

Looks like a good armor, the plus to % dmg on Undead and Demon monsters looks quite nice as well...Would you guys recommend it?

    Heres mine-
Vamp Gaze w/15 res jewel (to max out)
    Highlord's amulet
    "Crescent Moon" Berskerker axe
"Stone" Dusk Shroud (1730 defense, 1% from perfect)
    19/240 Ravenfrost
Rare leech ring w/good fire and light resists
    Lavagout gloves
War travs (I use Gore Riders too sometimes, but I'm not sure if the %'s are worth the +damage on travs)
    String of Ears belt
Herald of Zakarum w/PDiamond (got it really cheap because someone personalized it)

Yes, change your Engima to a COH, Enigma, i discover is more for PVP, COH sucks for PVP, as it has turned out for me.
    Verdungo's all the way!

Coh is a great armor for sure, but I honestly think its not the best on a zealot, considering the price. The + skills on coh are almost wasted on a zealot.

I prefer a high defense Stone, or Gloom. Either one is far cheaper, and as far as Im concerned, the defense hugely important for a char thats going to be mobbed the whole time.
Gloom if you need the resists, Stone if you dont, simple enough I think.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Best pvm setup

Weapon: You have a few viable choices. Botd, etherael death cleaver, stormlash, even crescent moon. Too many viable choices here.
    Armor: GA
Helm: crown of ages, vamp gaze
    Shield: Hoz
    Belt: Tgods
    Rings: raven's
    boot/ammy: gorerider/highlords
    gloves: draculs

I prefer coh because it adds alot of res, and 8% dr, and the damage to demons and undead. While stone and gloom have more defense than coh does, coh makes up for it with the things I listed, IMO. The price for coh is high yes, but "you get what you pay for" :cheesy:

Dupe? I dont see a dupe there. Wait.... do you mean the charms are duped?
If it is, then a mix of 3/20/20's, 290's, Res gc's, anything else you need, I did not list Paly gc's cuz Zealots dont need them. :0

Its definately a matter of personal preferance. For whatever reason, my zealot didnt do nearly as well with Coh as he did with Gloom. But Ill take 900 more defense over 20 resists and 8% dr. You could always Ber some other piece of equip to make up for the dr, at that point the price is about the same.

To each his own I suppose.

Btw, Smokey, you REALLY liked that Nords I showed you huh?
