Your connection has been temporarily restricted???

Hi all,

I just lost my connection appr an hour ago while playing and when I tried to reconnect the screen said what is mentioned in the header + "try again later". It still gives this message. Anyone familair with this? I dont use any add ins, hacks, ....whatever.

It's a silly feature added in by Blizzard to only TEMPORARILY ban you from getting in either from making too many games (They assume you're a bot) switching characters far too often in a short period of time, and I think there's something else.

A lot of people say just don't log in for about 30-60 mins and you'll be fine. A lot of people feel that if you do try to login, it resets the timer, but that's unknown.

Thanks, too many games will probably be the cause of it since it happened after I had been doing a lot of very short Nithilak runs.

The feature's purpose is to combat server strain. If you're creating games quickly, logging on and off quickly, or performing any other b.net actions quickly, then you are causing server strain and may be restricted.

Hmm. I wasn't doing any of those things. Niether was my cousin, he actually just sat in town and waited for tps. LOL
