Yet another reason I am moving far away from here...
Castration for sex offenders? The permanent, no boys left kind? Dont get me wrong here, I love women my own age, I am happily married; I have no interest in children outside that which is allowed by law. But is this really necessary? Could this not constitute "cruel and unusual"? Whats next? Removal of a hand after a stealing offense?
Now there is great potential for castrated ex-cons to argue for cock-fighting, while drinking low point beer, with no tattoos (legally) spending all their money on lottery tickets to continue to pay too few teachers the 2nd lowest salary in the US.
