yet another pat thread

well its my zealot that i patted yesterday evening, he was a blast to play and i think i'll be playing him quite a lot in the future.. he's fun and he's strong :D

Merc is an act2 might merc, still in doubt if it was a wise choise or not, he adds about 600 damage and hardly dies because of his leech and high damage but still.. more def or holy freeze is also nice :scratch:

In case you were wondering: no he didn't have any problems with hell :D
the hellforge dropped me a gul rune, now i wonder what to do, another gul dropped for my last mat so i might make myself a heart of the oak and then a wind druid
I might also put them up for trade for some sweet stuff... i'll think about it

Anyway, it was my fifth pat/mat and he was by far the easyest, doing all hell solo on /players 3 because i was too impatient for /players 5 which he could have done easily i think

congrats on the pat! my zeal/charger was tedious in hell for me, so it's good to see that you enjoyed it. :)

Congrats dude! A couple questions, if you don't mind:

1. How did you deal with Iron Maiden?
2. How often did you run into PI's that Reaper's Toll didn't break? How'd you deal with those baddies?

1. Well i didn't encounter them in the worldstone keep so i was very happy with that, in act 4 i basicly did the following:
run around a bit, as soon as you get cursed with something and or see the knight dudes walk up to you just run away a bit, when out of oblivion knight curse range you can kill them safely.
After that just run in, kill oblivion knight and pray he doesn't IM you when running up to him :D i got lucky and wasnt killed when playing trough, later in a MP-game he died to im once though'.

2. I encountered only very few of them, i think a few of those midget bosses with stone skin, just switch to vengeance / conviction (the one point wonders :) )

Good job! I just recently stopped with my Zealot at the Inner Cloister in Hell. I was going at players5 and having some trouble, but didn't want to back that down yet.

If i'm lucky enough to grab a Herald of Zakarum from Usahamas' (sp?) giveaway, I may pick him up with a little more excitement. For now, he waits....

Yes i think that was the game yes, about what's next? i think a wind druid as i decided to make a heart of the oak after all of my two gulls :)
