WW PVM Assassin question

Greetings, I need help for my new project(ww pvm assassin), i've never been build one and I dont know what to do.I play NO RWM/1.13/HC/singleplayer. I've got coa(2/15/27) and want to use it for this build, but I have no idea what other items/skills should use.Thanks in advance.

I don't know much about assassins and even less about HC ones. But it's easier if you let us know what kind of wealth do you have.

By 1.13 do you mean making her in 1.13 or that you only play 1.13? (having access to previous patches might open some possibilities eventually)

Do you plan to make the WW sin more physical damage or poison damage oriented?


Also, gieb that CoA. That is sexy indeed!

It's hard to answer becuse you can build her in several ways and it depend on your wealth.
On topic, Since it's pvm you can try this build:
Fade – 20
Venom – 20
Shadow master – 20
Death sentry – 1+
Claw mastery – 1+

I think you should put hel/jewel of freedom in coa so you won't have to invest so many points in str. Bartuc is a good mainhand weapon if you go c/c. Trang's gloves are best for this build and I would use lionheart and rockstopper until you get coa. Try to buy lower resists wand from the vendors and use it on switch.
Merc should be HF or might.

The strategy is simple: CoS-->ww-->drop few DS and repeat

I need suggestions for best equipment, i've got all runes except zod and all items except may be 10 tc 87 also I dont need tips for leveling because i've got ** sin and i'm gonna respec.If its better to use venom and skillers/bramble etc. i'll go that way, but if physical build is better with godly equimpment i want to know.Gear is not a problem jsut want to know what works best no matter what costs

I think venom is better then physical build since you can't max ww and claw damage is a bit low. Both are viable of course.

Guillaumes Face, Gores, String of Ears, Mana Leech Ring, Ravenfrost. Armour and Amulet can be just about anything. If you have Bramble go for it, otherwise Duress.

As for shadows... Yea... no one needs them. They're like valks. A bit like training wheels on a bike. They seem to help at first but when you're trying to go for a triathlon they hold you back.

Well, my initial reaction would be to aim for high HR, DR, and LL and follow maxicek's gear advice. Dual Chaos claws are nice if zod bugged, but on hardcore you may want to use Stormshield or something like Jade Talon (nice resists, mana leech, and HR). Highlords sounds like a good option for the ammy, or maybe the angelic combo.

WW seems interesting for PVP and bosses for an Assassin, but it has some limitations for general PVM. If you were using RWM you could dual dream your Assassi- that along with the trap damage would be pretty significant with Infinity on the merc.

It is possible but claw and shield? Eeeewww!
Weapon block works whilst whirling, you have CoS, MB and DS. Dual claw please.

Also dual Dream without synergy / lightning mastery is not worth it.


Should have said in my post above Trang's Claws for the gloves for the +25% poison damage that gets applied twice.

This is pretty much how my ww sin is made but i would reccommend using angelic ring/ammy combo for the much needed AR boost. Having a Demon Limb on hand as well will help improve your AR even more. Personally, i went with Jade Talon with ias jewel as second claw to cover resists and mana leech but any good claw should work as long as you hit max ww/trap speeds.

Also, you might want to stock up on ort runes for repair costs too.

If you're interested in reading, check the Mat/Pat/Guardian thread for WW 'sins. This is mine, and even with 4,000 AR, she didn't notice much missing. Probably the main difference would be RWM vs no-RWM -> Obedience and Fortitude.

As to the "best" equipment, I don't know. Mine worked really well though.

Hi I made this char focusing on Venom, with a 46 procent Bramble, but I was underwhelmed. In Nightmare this char works even on P8, but in hell she just doesnt deal enough damage. I ended up respecing her to a riftsin, works much better. They really should have made a synergy for Venom, it is more or less useless in PVM, and that is a lvl 30 spell we are talking about!
