    Speaking of abilities.

I had this dream the othernight...it involved sex, but I was the one walking in on it and.....dont want to talk about that so moving on, and towards the end on the dream I saw part of my leg/boot. And in the dream I slammed my foot down, at the exact same time in the living room, the TV remote hit the ground...very loudly.
What was so freaky about this was..how did my brain know that the remote was sliding off the couch, I even knew who did it lying in another room. My kids and dog were in there sleeping, and as I woke quickly from the noise I alrdy saw how it happened and who did it, the dog. I told my wife later, these brains of ours can do alot more stuff than were aware of. It saw what was fixen to happen, and place an image that was completely off topic in my dream to wake me up and even tell me who did it.
It was a good thing anyways, cause I might have been late for work if I hadn't woke up....weird.

    I had a thought...first time for everything.

The brain works in mysterious ways. I suspect that it's an ancient defense mechanism designed to alert us and rouse us from slumber should danger approach our inert forms.

Maybe your dream caused the remote control to slide off the couch.

Most of my dreams involve Natalie Portman turning down my advances. If I ever have the chance to meet her, I shall blame the dreams for my rejection

    Freudian slip

Or he's in the early stages of schizophrenia, or a manic episode.

Frankly, I'm a little worried about him.

Speaking of awakenings, have you guys ever tried to set the wake up clock in your minds? My aunt thought me when I was visiting them in Texas. She had to go up early every day to go to work but I had never heard any sound alarms. I asked her how she could go to bed so late and still able to wake up so early.
She told me that to wake at a given time, all you need to do is to tell yourself "Im going to wake up at X o' clock tomorrow morning" about 10 times or so in your head before you slumber deep. Unbelievable as it may seem I tried it the same day and it worked
I woke up and looked at the clock and it was 6 (that was the time I told myself). I was mainly surprised but also a bit scared.
I havent tried it for a long time and not sure if it will work again, maybe the first time was a coinsidence? I advice you to try it. You might just be amazed

I don't know about that, but I have an ability to wake up exactly 5 minutes before the real alarm.
It's bloody annoying actually. When I wake up like that I always think that I can just enjoy snuggling in the bed for a while. But when I look at the clock and notice that I have to get up in 5 minutes... That can just ruin your morning.

This happens to me 4/5 days a week. Blood annoying doesn't even begin to sum it up.

An old friend of mine and I used to do that a long time ago. I would sleep over at his house, and before we went to bed, one of us would ask, "So about what time do you wanna wake up tomorrow?" We'd call a time and wake up then. I've also done it several times since then. Pretty neat.

I managed to do that every day when I lived in Mexico for a month. Didn't miss a single class on account of sleeping in. Never even had any close calls.

after a few hrs on the net i believe ive come to the conclusion that great thinkers think alike...in regards as to if this is what god thinks, i think that is impossible as we are human.

i also believe that many of the people who run hip hop, are these great thinkers....as ive been truly listening to their lyrics, i can only assume that i am thinking like they are.

Maybe 'god' does think like man because he is a creation of man...although he gets to smite people without fear of retaliation, last time i smited someone they smited right back. :D

I smite God all the time. I smite him from my life by not believing in him.
