Ok, would a +3 Offensive Auras/76life Circlet be useful for a Tesladin or any aura dmg based pally ?

I think theres better choices, but +3 offensive skills and +76 life is always useful...

If you are determined with +skill helmets use Harlequin Crest instead as it will give you one less skill but improve combat skills by 2 and give a bigger life/mana boost + 10% DR.

be really good for an elemental ranger. Rangers don't use combat skills (most of them don't, anyways), and if it gets 2 sockets, they can put ias or resist jewels or anything they need in it. So yes, it is pretty good. It isn't quite as good for fanatic rangers, but hey, nothing is perfect for everything.

It's not end-game gear, but if it's the best you've got then yes.

^what he said. If you don't have anything better (basically, any plus +1 helm with great mods, or a +2 with decent mods) then use it.
