Working on a PvP hammerdin guide, need suggestions.

I'm spending some of my (plentiful) free time working on a hammerdin guide, and I need help piecing it together :thumbsup:

Basically I'm stuck what equipments a hammerdin should use in order to obtain:
(Ladder only)

1. HIGH % physical damage reduction.
2. The ability to use OAK
3. Can equip 1 raven frost
4. 125FCR
5. 86%FHR.

Need the stats on the best possible Crafted paladin amulets (Dexterity > Life > Resistance.


Also, need some suggestion on stash gears a hammerdin should have.
