Lets not get thru this again: European, no credit card, no chance to become a PayPal... Since I have a job, I would gladly repay all those information and hours spend with nice ppl here with a yearly contribution of 50-100 Euro.. "European, no credit card, no chance to become a PayPal..." Being european has nothing to do with it, but seriously, I was a PAL before, and I didn't need a credit function to pay by PayPal. Maybe they changed it? To clearify: I used my regular VISA debet-card with no credit. The one I use for ATMs.
Hm..maybe its a bit different in Germany. I know the term debit card from my time when I lived in England and had a Visa card there. When you have a Visa or Mastercard here, its a credit card. The others are bank cards that you use to withdraw money with (with a pincode). With those I cannot pay over the internet.
