A Griswold's Caduceus with shaels should hit a four frame attack if I remember correctly. Run your gear through the
Dragoon's wereform IAS/FHR calculator, just keep in mind the calculator for feral rage is a bit buggy. Also there was a pretty detailed discussion in the Druid forum by Puma (xpumafangx) on a wolfbarb pvp setup, give that a search.
As far as the Grief, make it in a phase blade, the berserker axe will be painfully slow (as phase will be a tad slow to begin with). I want to say that may be swinging at around seven frames, again take the calculator over my word. It really comes down to whether you want a faster attack or a relatively slower, more damaging attack. I've seen and dueled wolfbarbs that do fine with the Grief phase, as they're tanks, so the slower attack didn't seem to be too much of an issue (you should have quite high def and life on this guy). Hope that all helps.
