Wolf or Bear?

I have never played a shifting druid before, and was kind of interested in doing so soon. I was unsure of which one I should go for though, werebear or werewolf. I know that bear adds to defense when you shift, which is sexy, and wolf adds to AR, which is awesome too.

I am curious to know what your opinions are on the matter and which build you would recommend for the one you chose. I was mainly thinking of a fury wolf or some kind of bear (not too sure on this one yet).
