Wizardspike or Spirit?

Hi, I was wondering which setup would be more beneficial on a wind druid:

-Wizardspike with a spirit shield
or
-A spirit sword along with a spirit shield

Hi welcome to the druid forum. If you provide a little more info about the other gear you are using maybe we can offer some advice. Check out the break points for fast cast rate then compare the two.

are you going for 163%

if i were u, id just save up and get a cheap hoto, i mean u can get a 30% for like ist.

A little more about my character...
Currently lvl 65
-wizardspike
-stormguild shield
-sigon's belt
-sander's boots
-+1 eth helm (thats wearing down)
-+1 ammy

All together, 80% fcr (from rings and ammy), 0% fhr, +2 skills

Just looking for the 99% breakpoints

I'd like to use whatevers cheapest, as I just started playing again (I quit before people were asking about when 1.10 would arrive), so I thought that wiz/spirit would be good, but the wiz/spirit vs spirit/spirit still makes me wonder

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Also, can NM countess drop thul and amn?

i would go for wizardspike, your gonna need the resist in hell(unless you know how to use cyclone armor correctly)
