With what to socket Jalals ?

any ideeas what socketable to place in a jalals ? i was thinking a 15 ias jewel for attack speed but i ve seen people around saying Um is the best for resists. also i dont have any Um's and i dont see myself getting any soon, but what do u guys think . is it useless to put a 15 ias jewel in jalals ? my druid is werewolf fury PvM. the rest of my gear is crap

Lightsabre , Azurewrath ( aiming for a grief pb if i ever get my hands on some HR's )
eye of etlich ( aiming for metalgrid or some dmg amulet )
ravenfrost
crap gloves ( aiming for draculs )
belt: nosferatus equiped.
armor : its spirit shroud

i could also go 2 handed, but assuming i will use a 1 hander i will also use a shield.

i m mainly making this char to kill baal on hell ( i think )

oh and i have a 15/17 torch

Off wep IAS has a minimal effect on a werewolf's speed. It'd kinda be a waste imo...

Fixed it for you :p.

And, um... you socket it with what you need. Need more life? PRuby it. Need more resists? Um it. And so on and so on. There's no definite answer.

Possibly one of the best choices would be FHR, be it via a shael (20) or rare -sweeeet- jewel (7)

Wolfs, and especially bears fair well with high FHR. (imo ofcourse)

You can't do anything about attack frames with the socket. WIAS is THE determining factor in attack frames unless you're at a slow attack speed already. For damage though I think you can do 40 ED jewel with life or FHR. I'm a bit rusty on my jewel prefix and suffix though.

also another question should i use a 1 hander and a shield or a 2 hander ? i think if i use a 1 hander and a shield my attack will permanently get interupted so i guess its better to use a 2 hander like buriza or ribcracker. what do u guys think ?

Ribcracker sounds like a good idea. Also, if you want more damage then the best jewels you can put in your jalals would be 40 ed 20 life, 40 ed 7 fhr, 40 ed 9 dexterity or 40 ed 9 strength. But these are expensive so I'd say you should aim for a plain 3x-40 ed jewel.

Or a 30 ed 10 res 9 str 7 fhr jewel, i wish though (such a jewel is beyond godly).

Ar (100) and life (20) would be very nice too though (personally i like fhr better, because you can get only 5 fhr on a small charm)

In the end, it all depends on what you need, if 7 fhr will get you to the next breakpoint then use that, same with IAS (more probable in bearform) and everything else we mentioned.
