Wings of Valor with ROS Pre-Order

So there are Angel and Skeleton wings from D3 Classic, red and white wings from PS3 and now these.
Any screenshots of what these new ones look like?

Alrighty, so im a little confused on this subject. Basically because i feel that i might be missing out.
Heres my situation, i live in Australia, so pre-ordering a physical CE ROS online is a terrible idea, as i means i'll have to wait even longer to play the game, days to weeks after release. BUT, i have pre-ordered and fully paid for my physical CE at my local game store.
Now i understand that there is no way for blizz to monitor any pre-orders made outside of the blizzard store, but im gonna feel a bit cheated paying $89 (AUD) for the collectors edition, but not be entitled to the wings.
Is there any word on how they intend to implement this pre-order business, or if it will apply to all physical CE editions?
and here is a link to an image of the wings taken from the presentation in korea for those who havent seen. Looks simply like yellow tyrael wings, would be cooler if they had the arching pattern that imperius's wings have ingame and in the cinematics

I don't know how Blizzard will track/trace non-US pre-orders. Josh M. seemed quite confident in his Tweets that all pre-orders would receive the Wings.

I am in the clear since I ordered RoS directly from the blizz-store.
Don't know how they could monitor pre-orders.
Someone mentioned that they could just award the wings to everyone who registered his key on launch day, but what if the mail doesn't deliver on time?
The only other way would be, to send your receipt with the pre-order date to Blizz and make them confirm it. But that sounds like tremendous work.

Maybe they have a list of the keys assigned to first shipment of games?

Any of those not sold as pre-orders, but sold later, would also get the Wings.
