Windydruid - Mara's or this Rare Amu?

Im doing a windydruid and pretty much got all the stuffs I need except some skillers, a soj and an amulet.

Mara's is pretty self-written but then my friend got this amu for trade and was wondering which one should be best.

+2 Druid Skills
+11 strenght
+18 Restance (forgot this one but something like this)

and some mf.

Which one should I go with? I mean this one got pretty good boost in str and Stormshield requires pretty much..

you could just use str charms...
life+2 str is common
or skills +6 str

it depends how high maras is on resists, 28+ I think maras wins

Imo that amulet. Little less good but it has some mf

Any maras would beat that amulet if the mf is below 20%, it's basically 15 vs 11 stats(obviously not counting energy) and 20-30 vs 18 resist..pretty clear which is better, isn't it?

look at it this way

maras
+2 all skills
15 stats
20-30% resists

the rare ammy
+2 druids skill
11 stats
18 resists

clearly, u want the maras.
