windforce socket question

    windforce socket question

    if i use the socket quest on my windforce, how many o's will i get on it? and what to socket it with? what is a 40/10 min jewel?

    Larzuk only gives 1os for any unique item.

    Before you socket it, I would look into the IAS breakpoints to see if you can achieve the best possible speed. Slightly less damage hitting at a quicker pace is far better than more damage hitting at lesser speed.

    Depends on how rich you are and what other equipment you are going to use.
    With WF, I usually aim for 120 ias breakpoint (since I prefer to keep armor slot free). To achieve that, you can socket a shael into the WF, then use approx the following:
    Laying of Hands 20%ias
    Belt 10% ias
    Amulet 20%
    Helm 30%~45% (mavina helm or 3soc helm with 3x15ias jewels)
    ---------------
    So that's ~120-135ias if you consider that 40% ias is already on the WF.

    40% ED, +10 minimum damage magic jewel. Massively duped in 1.09. They are not allowed to be traded on rpgforums. Also, it's probably a bad choice for a wf. Some kind of IAS jewel or Shael is more likely to be useful.
