Wind PVM Question

I'll use SS and I want to know if it worth it to put in dex for max block, and if yes, how much dex I'll have to use on it?

You only use SS for the block, if you don't plan on getting block then use spirits.
So either block with SS or vital with spirit.

if you are going for items like neiga, i would say that block is the best thing. it is great to ahve the abbilety to block if you miss tele into a gid crowd.

in fenrir windy guidy is writen 225 or so for maxblock. And i will for sure choose this baby. But Spirit is great too, for his fcr thich u need for tele. Put in on swap with cta for better bo or with wizi for faster tele. And if someone ask u how much damage u do. just swap that storm with spirit for a moment

Why would you need block for PvM? You'll have so much life that nothing will really be forcing you into Hit Recovery >.>
