Lets put it this way. I get totally molested by elmeks windy if he uses storm, but i do have a fair chance if he uses spirit.
I play a fury/rabies druid, so might not be the most ordinary build, and i might not be the best, but i do see a very clear difference in non block vs block.
Also, in pvp its usually max block for almost every char that is the better option.
