Wind Druid Questions

Ok, I built my first Wind Druid ever and it's doing well. here are my gears right now:

Ber'd Shacko
Mageplate Enigma
Spirit Monarch (33%)
Hoto/6bo CTA on switch
arach
perfect maras
2 x sojs
eth treks
full ele gcs + 20 lifers
20/12 torch + 20/11 Anni

I went with max vita route. I maxed out tornado, cyclone armor, twister, hurricane and 1 pt into the pre-requisites for bear. And also 1 pt into oak sage.

So questions:

1. Where do I pump more points into now? I was thinking oak sage but some are saying no.

2. I am looking to get a GG Windy Pelt but I really have no clue what a GG pelt is. I am VERY rich in NL so I can pretty much overpay. So can someone tell me what an ideal pelt would be?

3. Should I replace my sojs with 2x gg fcr rings with lots of mana? i think I like the +1 skills but the fcr rings give fcr and a lot of other nice mods. Don't know what to do with it.

2. FHR,Life, Res, +5 Nado, +5 Sage, +5 CA/Hurricane, Two socs

3. Only if you're not hitting the 99 FCR Breakpoint or only if you need them to hit the 163 FCR breakpoint v. Casters.

Anyone who recommended not pumping oak with the remaining skill points for a windy is crazy.
