Wind Druid Help

is this a good wind druid build

skills
1 raven , 1sage wolf , 1 dire wolf , 1 bear ,1 artic blast , 20 cyclone armor , 20 twister , 20 tornado , 20 hurrcaine, rest on oak sage

stats
150 str , 50 dex , vit rest , 0 nrg

items
Wepon-earth shifter
rings-raven frost , bk
ammy-maras
armor-coh
helm-raven lore
boots-trek
belt-spider
gloves-drac
3 ele skills

plz let me know and i am us west non ladder.

1) WAY WAY WAY too much str. my wind druid has only 40 pts to str. without items

2) Draculs? You're not going melee so I can't see the use in them. Get trang oul's gloves or magefists for the faster cast rate (try reaching 99 FCR)

3) Switch Earthshifter (that's the +3 Ele skills right?) to HOTO.. unless you can't afford it. If you can't afford HOTO, at least get a wizardspike. Again you need that 99 FCR. The +3 Ele Skills won't matter too much since once you've got them caught in tornadoes with 99 FCR, they're probably stunlocked unless you miss a tornado

4) Switch COH to Enigma. Teleport gives you a huge advantage. Summon stacking comes to mind. You will have a HORRIBLE time against bowazons, sorcs, and many common pvp builds

5) Switch the 2 rings to a nice FCR ring. 99 FCR yet again.. Reaching that breakpoint is better than doing more damage IMHO

6) Switch Ravenlore to Jalal's (or Shako if you want the life/mana boost and DR). The +3 Elemental compared to Jalal's or Shako's +2 isn't that much. The -fire resist doesn't apply to you. Jalal or Shako socketed with a shael rune is MUCH better. Try reaching the 99 FHR breakpoint too.

Archive back a little bit in this Druid Forum, there has been much discussion on the windy. You need to make a choice of pure vita or max block (not in between), then make your build from there.

earth shifter is 7 to ele skills and raven lore is 3 to ele skills i dont wanna change that

Simply put, no.
As was pointed out, you have far too much strength, and you need to get to that breakpoint.

I can understand having certain things you don't want to change. However, at least consider the changes, as many people on this forum have far more experience than you or I do.

it'll be a while before you're druid's at a lvl that u have to make a decision - why not play for a while and see what u prefer? But I will say to me a druid using a dagger seems comic.
