Will this FC werebear work in PvP?

Hi, I'm making a FC bear now and wonder if this setup will work..

The skills:
Werebear - 1
Lycanthropy - 1
Oak - 1
HoW - 1
Fire claw - Max
The rest to fire claw synergy.

Equipment:
Armor: Enigma
Helm: Jalal's
Shield: Stormshield
Gloves: Magefist/bloodfist
Belt: Verdungo
Boots: ???
Weapon: 6 soc pb with 4xshael and 2x15ias/other mod (I'll see what I need) jewel (I think 108 ias is needed, and this will be 110)
Rings: Raven/angelic
Amulet: Mara's/angelic/highlords don't realy know here :undecided:

Anni
Torch
9xshape skillers
10xlife/ar scs

Should I change something?
