Will I break 95 IAS?

Hey with a perfect Mat Bow (No merc)
Nosferatu
80-30 Gskull
20 Ias gloves
Gores
2x Ravens
Fort
Cats Eye

Will I break the 95 ias because I'm using a 8030 gskull instead of 120-45... I need to uise gskull for pvp because i cant find kb gloves lol. So is this good enough to break 95 ias even though 80-30...

With a Mat Bow 15Fana, you will only need 44IAS to reach fastest Multi/Guided bp
