wildwitch string

I have been away from Diablo for a while and am looking to get back into it with a challenging build.

I am going to build a magic arrow amazon.

My question is: How easy is it to find the wildwitch string bow?

Am I better off to just use the skill points in MA or hold out until I find the bow?

I have been long enough that all of characters/account has expired so I am starting completely from scratch.

Is there any other bow that gives a + to magic arrow?
