Why would that be?

Hello!

I have 1 question, you know when you some time switch your accounts or characters very quickly, and you get temporarily banned from the realm(for like 5-10 minutes) and this appears:

Well it happened again to me yesterday at about midnight, so I stopped playing and went to bed. And today I wake up, wanna play D2 and it's still the same :S

Any solutions?

probably a temp ip ban, if you have a dynamic ip you can change it and try again
start > run > ipconfig /renew_all

temp ip bans can last up to 2days iirc
