I have ww barb and i am terribly strugling in act 3 nighmare at level 67. I am using

and with my might merce my damage is 1000-1700. I have maxed ww as my main skill. can anybody please give me some advice to improve my build and anyway it took me 10 minutes to kill nightmare mephisto.

You would need better weapons obviously. I'm guessing you maxed mace mastery so use eBotd Thundermaul or IK Maul..That's about all i know as far as maces go.

but is it easy to find those type of maces at this level

IK Maul is pretty easy to find. You would probably have to trade for the eBotD Thundermaul tho. I suggest you make a MF Sorc to find some tradeable items.

For ww,you need a weapon that hits the last ww breakpoint-i.e: -60 for all twohanders except sword.Gravel of pain doesnt get there,so it isn't hiting often enough to be effective.If you have maxed mace mastery,get an ikmaul,which is easy to rade for & in the ik maul you need 30% more ias to take it to top speed, so two shael runes/ias jewels or combo of both gets the job done. :xmad:
