Why do i see 95% to all resists when am suppose to see 100%++ ??

I wanna know whats wrong with the resists stats is 95% the maximum resists u can get??? Am using kira(61), guardianangel(umed), hoz(umed), t-god, mara(20) am suppose to have about 100++ to all resists but it only shows 95 wtf?
