I'm not talking about which runs got you the best finds or has the highest chance for a certain drop, I mean which runs you actually enjoy doing the most. I made a list of ten of the more common ones I have seen talked about. I didn't include Lower Kurast because I am not sure if anyone enjoys just opening chests, but I may be wrong. If your favorite is not on the list, just mention it in a post. My apologies if I didn't include an obvious run on the list.

I personally enjoy the River of Flame. Sometimes I will not go through with fighting Diablo and just repeat the River. Ranged characters are the most enjoyable I find, but melee can certainly be enjoyable too. What is your favorite?

Edit: Countess and LK should have made the list, oh well :)

AT for me, have nice map that changing enough (packs location) so I'm not too bored with it when I'm in the mood to run it.

There can be only one choice for me. Those who have been here a while should know which it is. Baal of course. Can drop pretty much everything even though he's stingy and the main draw for me was the experience of course. One of the few ways to get to 99 and imo the easiest and at least my personal favorite.

Nightmare Countess+Griswold+Andariel when I've just started an untwinked char. Very limited for finding end game gear, but very rewarding in that stage of the game.

I'll always have a soft spot for meph. In 1.09 at p8 he was bugged. You could static him to almost nothing then get lots of drops. Pindle has taken lots of my time and rewarded me well

I took RoF/CS/D.

It's quickly becoming my favourite area to run for levelling, as it provides a decent challenge too (at least compared to AT, Pits etc). Also, GG RoF Superchest running!

LK would have been a close second for me.

The Pit probably. CS is also quite good, and Trav. Definitely NOT Baal / Lister runs where all I get is XP.

Travincal. It can drop so many goodies in 1.07/1.13 and for me has the perfect balance of runtime, difficulty, getting the map, etc

I love running hell diablo with my bonemancer, John Boehner. I don't much care for the RoF, because he doesn't have Enigma on. He's a simple character using a simple build ( Bone armor, bone prison, amp, bone spear). I don't usualy find much from big D or the 3 (he runs with like 150 mf) but he is a fun character to run the D.

Nihlathak is exhilarating with a dedicated HC build.

Other than that, AT or 1.07 anything

AT, for the reason @mir mentioned, and just because I got some aweome drops there. I'll always have a sweet spot for Hell Meph as well though, since he's such an easy source to get geared up.

I'd love to get better at Travincal though, at which point I think it could become my favourite. @nulio explained it really well why.

Couldn't have stated my feelings any better.
I'll second this as my favorite area even though it isn't always the best target for items, it was a very well designed area imo. I like it a lot better after they nuked the OKs casting IM on my melee heroes. [emoji2]

I have never done any LK running. Until about a week ago that is. So far I like them ... a lot. Who knows the same might happen with CS runs, once I start doing those.
