Probably also at normal Drognan. But there are various uniques that give you +2-3 to pala/combat skills and that are very cheap.

Had this a while now, works well with decript and the FG Cast +trangs fire mastery bonuses, I would not take take +X Attract over it as that would lose the decript.
Revive would be nice though.
