Which to run?

Well currently I play single player and I'm working on my fishy. Got him to lvl 87 ATM running the Pits and I have a decient setup for him, at least as far as MF goes. I still need some good jewelry, and I was considering either running Hell Andariel or Hell Duriel. Which do you guys think?

Duriel seems like a quicker run if I can get a good map and can drop facets for trading/other characters , but Andariel would have more things to CE and drop said jewelry should drop slightly better.

Thanks!

you could probably do meph pretty easy, I dont think that area is too horrible as a fishy

I dont think you can even get to duriel multiple times, not positive though...

How do you find the tomb after the first time u kill duriel ?
I went in there again b4 on Nightmare, I think (?) it just stays the same. So just remember which one you went in the first time I guess. The wall that you place the Horadric Staff just stays blown open. I've also read he has almost as good of drop rates as Andy for jewelry, but is also the best for hunting facets. If I'm wrong please let me know and thanks!

Duriel would take too long to get to; the tombs overall might not be a bad place for hunting stuff.

the tomb changes all the time. if you wanted to run Duriel, you'd have to run Summoner first (not a bad idea as he might drop H key), then look at the 6glowing glyphs, and figure out which one is missing for the correct tomb for Duriel.

Trav Council/Meph are fairly easy to do at your level. if you have teleport, be careful you don't tele into a pack of dolls in Durance. very fast death :)

Wrong bruticus.
Duriel's chamber keeps the same symbol after you complete the quest.

As for the keys, I'm playing single player so not much use there. I have heard of people collecting them though, esp the last one. Anyhow thanks for the responses. Currently I've stopped questing as soon as I got to the Jail waypoint. I'll go through it eventually so I can get to WSK, but I just wanted to try my luck there first. So far (bout a week) I've found Dracs, a Thunderstroke, and a couple of Sandtorm Treks. I'll just keep plugging away at that untill I feel the need to go to Act 2.

If you get as far as Duriel, then you have Ancient Tunnels to explore - another lvl 85 area, but there are some choke points in the map that may make a non-teleporting summoner a bit cranky. It's the same as the sewers under Lut Gholein, but 1 level with superchest.

Well, I've recently put a Naj's Puzzler on switch, at least until I can gambol/craft/luck-sack out a good Necro teleport ammy. It would have to be a really good ammy though (at least low end mara grade plus tele) to make me take off my current crafted Necro ammy.

Another question I thought up was is Oath really a good substitute until you can make Beast? And do you cast the HotW before you summon or is it a buff post summon?

And thanks for all the replies so far.

If lvl 16 HotW gives a boost that you find is worth the rune expenditure, then perhaps. Check the Pet Calculator to see what it will do vs. Fanaticism.

Since it's charge based, it'll receive no bonus from + to all skills IIRC.
