Which skills shall i choose?

Okey this thread looks by the name alike the one over :p but my situation is very diffrent.

I have played my twinked bowazon through normal now, she is chlvl 48
The skills I have already given her are

Bow & Crossboskills:
1 Magic Arrow
1 Cold Arrow
1 Ice Arrow
1 Freezing Arrow


Passive and Magic (1 each):
1 Inner Sight
1 Critical Strike
1 Dodge
1 Slow Missiles
1 Avoid
1 Penetrate
1 Decoy
1 Evade
1 Valkyrie
1 Pierce

Skill point I havent used yet = 37
So were shall I put them?
This is also the reason I twinked her, cause I wanted to wait until I placed. I have runned the game in /players8

I also need tip how much STR/DEX/VIT I shall place
Stats:
STR 52
DEX 133
VIT 120
ENG 15 (base, no points here)

Equipment are now:
Magewrath
Naj's Circlet
Sparkling Mail
Sigons Gage & Wrap (10% life steal)
Sanders Rip Rap
Eye of Etlich
2 rings given a bit resist life steal and dext.
I'm waiting for a few items from Calladors giveaway too
Lycaners Aim and Hellrack (the unique Crossbow with a lot of EMD)

So how shall I place the skills and stats from now?
How much max STR shall I place? How much HP do I need?
