Lycander's Aim Ceremonial Bow
Hellrack Collosus Crossbow 'Shael Shael'
Buriza-do Kraynon Ballista (hope I spelled that right)

Anyway which of those three are best?

I can't really give more info atm as my amazon is still very low lvl. Just wondering, in general which of these bows is best. I've heard the Buriza is but the Hellrack seems to have a lot of elemental damage.

I like the Buriza best, even though it's very slow...Hellrack isn't really my cup of tea but it would make an excellent weapon to have on switch to deal with troublesome physical immune characters. Lycander's is also very nice but lacks a bit of damage

Upped Buriza (if u have enough str) does more damage than hellrack. Crossbows are slow for a strafer i suggest u invest in a WINDFORCE or UPPED WWS!

Out of those three, I like Lyc's the best. It's a simple speed-issue with me. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO a bow will always be faster than a xbow. The rule of thumb I go by when making zons is speed kills. I've made tons of them and it always works for me.

the burize is best.
and if ur higher level it does much dmg.. simply lvl 2 lvl 90 and u will get a damage like wf =P

1) Buriza max damage at 80+ levels is MUCH higher than lycander's (assuming both are not upgraded)

2) "Next delay" makes achieving very high strafe speeds essentially pointless. Overall something like a 7/2 strafe will help you more than 9/2 strafe but the sacrifices made in your equipment for that IAS taking into account next delay makes that sacrifice much more significant.

Speed does not always mean better. If it was upgraded GSA would beat everything.

You won't have much of a problem with 3frame strafe. Here is the thread, it's stickied in the guides.

Upped Buriza has same stat requirements for Hellrack. Therefore if you want to use upped Buriza, keep Hellrack on the switch for PIs. Think of Hellrack/Buriza as a shotgun instead of a machine gun. In fact I use Hellrack as a main weapon and upped buriza on switch. Besides, Hellrack is dirt cheap.

It's good to see people who deviate from the masses of zons who use Faith/WWS/WF.

I hope you are not talking about b.net because in all my time in ladder season 1 using upped WWS for many many many months i never saw another zon using that bow.

I would go with Buriza for the physical damage. Personally I wouldn't use any of them and mf your heart out to find stuff to trade for a faith. Maybe a WF.

Thanks. After reading that, I think I'll stick with my double shaeled WWS and LoH and not bother with IAS from a future purchase of a Nos coil/Goldwrap/Highlords/Cats Eye.
