    Which mfer is better??

    This is my first post. Trying to see what is better for mf, skelemancer or a PSN/Skele hybrid. Gvandale waiting for your feedback
    These chars are not made yet but this is what stats skills ect will be

    A pure Summoner is the best mfer...and is less item dependant than the other builds. I use mine for mfing baalruns, and use Mages as well with it. I choose to max CE after Skeletons and Mages...and only put 1 into Revives(+skills give me 12)

    A Venomancer is more item dependant(death's web) though is still good without it...but is that much better with it.

    There was a thread with the same topic on this page also..but you can bet Gvandale will be on this one also.

    my summoner si jsut pure summoner,

    maxed:
    skele
    skele mage
    revive
    and 10 in summon resist
    10 in bone armour
    then when those r maxed ill put some in spirit or spear

    but i also have trangs so i have some offensive (fireball from ghoul mode)

    then like one in amp or LR (mages lower resist-amp for skeles)

    jsut my opinion..

    I'd say for mf'ing reasons, a plain 'ol summoner would be best, and the main reason why is that you are less item dependant.

    See, a hybrid is based on either TONS OF POISON mods, or TONS OF SUMMON MODS. Whereas a mf'er can be nothing more then 100% mf on every single item slot. Prebuff your skele's, and your good to go. If your rich, you can get away with:

    *consider level 85 char*
    P.Topaz Shako (74)
    P.Topaz Skullders (130)
    2x Ist Ali Baba (145)
    3x Ist HeadHunter's Glory (75)
    2x Perf Nagel's (60)
    Gold Wrap (30)
    Perf War Travs (50)
    Mara's Amulet (0)
    Perf ChanceGuard's (40)
    Perf MF Gheed's Charm (40)
    4x rows of 7% mf sc's (112)

    Merc (lvl 85):
    Perfect MF Tomb Reaver (80)
    P.Topaz Etheral Skullders (130)
    whatever helm

    This gives you (and your skellies) 756 MF, and your merc 210 MF. If your merc get's the kill, that woudl register as 966 MF. Pretty nice huh?

    Skills:
    20 warrior
    20 mastery
    1 clay golem / golem mastery / summon resistance
    1 teeth (pre-req)
    20 corpse explosion
    1 amp / weaken / terror / decrep
    1 dim vision / confuse / attract
    1 bone armor
    rest bone wall

    I don't advocate mages, so that is why I didn't put them up there. Same goes for revives. They suck too. This build will kick the crap out of the pits and anything else. Make sure to 'pre-buff' your skeletons with the following items:
    Arm of King Leoric
    +3 head (unique has +3, rare / magic can have more)
    +3 summon ammy

    That will give your skeleton's more life / dmg, thought the amount of skeleton's will be based off your skill level in normal gear.

    Make sense?

    1. try copying your posts into microsoft word, and clicking SPELL CHECKER.
    2. No mastery (as moridin points out)?? wtf!
    3. 10 summon res, sounds like 9 too much.
    4. lower res? your mages aren't jack, your spreading yourself too thin by now
    5. bone spear / spirit...no synergies...

    ever heard of jack of all trades master of none? sounds like your build will reside in nm at best.

    TY G my necro at lvl 70 and alrdy can kill baal and diablo in hell.

    Maxed:
    Skele mas=34
    RS=34

    i have 13 skeles 6 mages and 12 revives + golem i have not died since ive started seem pretty unstopable with the army in front.

    maras
    Arm of leoric
    enigma (70)
    Homu
    travs (44)
    Trangs glvoes
    NIghtsmoke
    soj
    natures peace

    and on wep switch i got dual ist baba 122 mf and a ryme shield
    then with + charms i got around 350+ mf

    on first hell baal run i got trangs armor :)
