Which items gives the mod "hit blinds target?"

I am currently in act 5 norm with my speed/dex-a-zon using a passion runeword in an ashwood bow. Man, do I love the "hit blinds target" mod!

I was wondering which items can give me this mod once I switch to a better bow. ( I am going to make a faith or Wrath bow).

I know that helm, Coif of glory has the mod, but the other mods are useless to me.

Sur rune in weapons if you really like it, and Magewrath Rune Bow +1 is not bad for a level 43 guided zon
Dim Vision gives the same or better effect with a different graphic and AOE

i've always wanted to mess around with the cloak of shadow charges on darksight helm. it also has cbf and ctc dim vision when struck. this was something i was toying with using in an uber trist, but i went with things that make them flee. flee is good and comes on several helms.

The problem is, he said he is making wraith or faith, so the weapon slot is out.
