Which is more important to Hammerdin?

I've finally saved up some runes so that I can afford a decent Anni or a low, low Torch. Which do you think would make more sense for my Hammerdin?

Unless you really need a charm with good res and attributes, I'd always pick +3 to skills over just +1.

the extra +2 skills you get from torch does so much for a hdin than a few extra attributes and rez. get the low torch over anni any day
