Which character out of these 4 is the best PvPer?

I am going to make this very very good PvP char.
However I do not know which of these four will be the best.
If you vote - PLEASE explain the vote. You can also post another build.
I can get most of the equipment easily (I have an Orbsorc, and a Boner and a Summon Necro.)
