I'm making a Zon for Cowing...I was wondering which frame I should aim for.

Well, your question is a bit vague. What kind of bowskills are you going to use? What bow?

Holy crap! Sorry I totally missed that; I was trying to cram while I was posting. I'm actually using a Titan's and I'm maxing PS, CS, LS, and LF. I'm going to use LF for Cows. Just wondering, what amount of IAS should I aim for?

You only need 89 or 92 ias (forgot) to reach the last throw BP so it would probably be a good idea to hit that.

Edit: It's even lower then that for cs and jab.

I have been cowing a lot latly and IMO only 20 ias is enough. Even less(0) should not be a problem.

What gear should I tweak? I'm not gonna use CtA b/c she's gonna be a cheap, fun character.

That gear doesn't really look cheap.

Mmm, there's not much to tweak, if PvM then Razortail over TGods and I don't think you need 2 leech rings.

Cheap relative to PvP characters' costs. I will have about a 70% chance to Pierce...is Razortail necessary (I like big numbers on my screeen =])? Also, I'm assuming my gloves will give 4 ML, plus...12 ML, is 16. 16 ML in Hell is only 4 ML and LF doesn't do a lot of Physical Damage so I thought I would need at least that much leech.

wow im willin to bet u will have noooo trouble doing hell cows with that setup haha. for lightning fury zons i often hear ppl say ias doesnt matter as much as i'll have to agree..i have a lv91 lightnin zon myself.
