Which Alma?

Ok. I have two Alma Negras:

Non-Eth
503 def
205 ed
(1 socket) 40/15? Um?

Eth
728 def
195 ed
(1 socket) Wonder what i'd put in here? :)

Which do I choose, and yes, I have a zod rune.

It depends on the rest of your setup. If you have an open socket go for the eth one, but if you can find a better setup that requires an open socket in the shield to work then use that (e.g. ber / cham / 40/15ias).

Setup:

Helm: BerBer Coa
Plate: Eth Zod'd Glad Bane
Weapon: Eth Zod'd Razor's Edge
Sheild: Either Alma
Belt: Verdungos
Gloves: Dracul's Grasp
Boots: GoreRiders
Amulet: Highlord's
Ring 1: RavenFrost
Ring 2: RavenFrost

So, which I need? I can socket the Non-Eth with anything (i.e. 40/15, Um, Ber)

Looks like you can afford to us the Eth Alma, since you have somewhere around 46% DR. I would suggest using angelics with that setup though.

K, kinda stu[id question but should i put a zod in a 219% ed eth razors edge?
I just wanna make sure because it took me a while to get 3 zods, one in G Bane, one in Alma. Should I put the last in Razors?

I would say yes. 225% ed is the max with a Razor's Edge. That's a very nice weapon. By, the way, I can't remember if I've asked this before - are you on USWEST?

If you're keeping your setup go with the eth alma ... but I think Stoutwood brings up a good point on the angelics .. I think you need more ar with this build, you only have a few sources going for you (dual ravens and alma). Unless you stock up huge on AR/life charms you're going to find it hard to hit people :/ - unless you're going blessed aim route - but that's another story.

Another *possible* setup:

Helm: BerBer Coa
Plate: Eth Zod'd Glad Bane
Weapon: Eth Zod'd Razor's Edge
Sheild: Eth Alma <--- I'm assuming you've done this already
Belt: Verdungos
Gloves: Magnus' Skin
Boots: GoreRiders
Amulet: Angelics
Ring 1 and 2: Dual Angels

You lose the OW on the dracs, a +1 all skill and 35% deadly (from highlords), but you gain an astounding amount of AR (dual angels plus 100ar on the magnus skin) and life while maintaining a 4fps zeal. I think this is the best option in increasing AR while keeping your key items (coa, glad bane, eth razors and eth alma). With this setup you should be easily hitting ~20k ar, and with razor's -33% def you should have little or no problems hitting other pallies.

Lol, actually no, i haven't zod'd the eth alma yet. I always wanna make sure what i need first. So, need to change ne of your advice?

It doesn't look like you need anything else in the shield slot, so I would say it's quite safe to zod it now :) I would only keep it free if you're going to switch the glad bane out or something because then you don't have the CBF, but I'd keep the glad bane there.
