Where's the Wrath?

I don't ladder PVP much, but why haven't I ever seen a PVPBowazon using Wrath? It's got lots of magic damgage, CTC Decrep and LT, c. blow, and CBF - which loosens up a ring space where your Raven used to be.

Yeah, it doesn't have any straightforward ED, but you can make up for that with Fortitude, right?

1) The magic damage given is pathetic compared to bone spirit/spear/blessed hammer

2) An arrow can be blocked, a spell cannot (except weapon block)

3) Relying on miniscule magic damage to kill in pvp? Either you will die first or you will run out of arrows

4) Decrepify means nothing if you do no damage

5) Fortitude works like skill enhanced damage, don't expect too much

and why the hell would a bowazon NOT wear at least one raven in pvp

20% cold absorb, cannot be frozen AND AR in one ring? Since leech is irrelevant in pvp i see very few alternatives

1) It has no ias.
2) It has no ED.
3) CB is super-nerfed on a ranged weap.
4) Any bowie worth her salt wants to wear 2 Raven Frosts, not take one off.
5) It's expensive. (Ber, Mal? Have is the person designing this RW knwo about Harmony? wtf)

I could make a Lionheart, Harmony, a Duress and get a Reapers Toll for my merc for what this bow costs.
Wrath is almost as good as Wind. PvM or PvP.
