Where'd that thread go?

Yesterday there was a thread about not being able to pee if someone else was in the bathroom, or something along those lines. Now it seems to have disappeared. I know for sure because I posted a reply in there, and now it's not showing up as one of the messages when I search for all posts by myself. What happened to that thread?

Banning? What did I miss in the old thread? Anyee, or someone can you gimme a run-down of why it was banned (if indeed it was)?

I dont see the big deal of a thread that had discussed not being able to pee in public. Its a common problem, nicknamed "shy bladder." I dealt with this myself when I was a little younger, now it seems to be better, but my bladder like to hide from time to time :lol:

i think it's because it started to degenerate into people peeing on other things that it was deleted.

Edit: woah Maverikk, even if you are joking i'd delete that right now.

Even that old thread "Do you pee in ther shower" lasted longer than this, and was more degenerated from the start. Maybe it's selective tolerance, or perhaps sometimes the mods just catch some earlier.

That might have been the truth...

But there is also something called "Deletion out of precaution". A topic like that might be handled quite polite in the original post and the first few replies (although I highly doubt that), but the sad fact is that it is determined to go wrong at one point in this forum.

Bottom line: it was an inappropiate subject all along, just because of the likeliness to degenerate fast.

I was the one that deleted the thread. While the replies toward the end were pushing the line pretty hard, to be honest, Mr Snowieken is correct on both counts.

I deleted it because I was very confident it was headed down hill fast. And, since it was already stretching the boundries, I decided I would nip it in the bud so to speak.

You were not out of line for asking about the deletion. I can certainly understand why you were curious. Unfortunately, your choice of places to ask this was quite inappropriate. If you had bothered to read the forum faq, you would have realized that any time you choose to question any actions, your better bet is to pm a mod or admin.
