Where to take my skellymancer now?

Hi,
This is my first time posting on these forums. A couple weeks ago I read Nightfish's skele-mancer guide and was really interested in this necromancer build ( my 1st ever necro build). Well here it is 2 weeks later and he is lvl 76 in Hell act2.

Ok here's my main question, which skill should i invest in nest. Here's the breakdown of my current skills.
SM-44
RS-43
CG-21
GM-21
SR-21
Revive-24
CE-32
all my curses have 1 point invested in them and with my gear it brings them to lvl 15

So far he is doing quite well, able to handle anything and everthing that has come his way. But I fear my skellys wont beable to hold there own in acts 4-5 of hell (am i wrong in thinking this). Thanks for reading and listening to my post any and all comments are welcome. Thanks in advance.

There really only a couple of sensible options for you imo

1. Either strengthen some of your curses. ie like DV etc. Whichever curse u find most useful or use most often. Personally i am happy with 1 point invested and can see you have plenty of +skills that should beef it up quite nicely.

2. A popular option is to Max out S- Mages, You have already maxed out SM anyway therefore you may as well get some additional firepower that would gain the full benefit SMastery. Can see you have a lot of +skill already so your overall SMage once maxed should be pretty high. Couple this with LR and you be surprised just the damage you can do, igf you focus your mages on a single minion. A barrage of necro missles can be devastatiing at times.

sawse - A regular poster from a while back was one of the first who tried this with great success. He had skill levels around the slvl 40 or so and he made up a mini statement/guide to emphasis just how good this setup was. Unfortunately this was posted before the forum problems so you can't even find it anymore.

Your levels are FAR higher than mine, and I do A4/A5 in 2 player games (me and a mule) all the time... so no problem at all.

Welcome Newcomer to The Darkness. Grab a brew :drink: and feel free to raise some corpses.

The Skelliemancer build is very powerful. Several of the regulars demonstrated this by beating Baal's minions on Hell while using junk gear. IIRC one of them even did it naked. You should have no problems in Hell with the amount of +skills you have.

Well thanks so far guys. I am now lvl 79 and in hell act5. I can really feel the power this char has now, I dropped hell D in like 20 secs and didnt lose a single skel. That and the fact that I have yet to come across a monster that I cant kill. I sure wish I had realized the power of the necromancer long ago.

can you post up your gear/skelly stats?

ah thanks. That is a lot of summon skillers. And that golem has maaaaadd hp. Do you even use merc?

I sure do use a merc. Hes a lvl 81 act2 NM Might merc. All I can say is the combo of lvl 42 RS, with amp, might is a very nice killing tool.

If you something like BEAST on switch after prebuffing your minions, you probably got the most out of your build.
