Where to find Uber Diablo...

Uber diablo has appeared my game (with 4 other people in it also) but i can't find him...

i looked through cold plains, den of evil, frigid highland, travincal already...

where else can i find him?

it's been a while for me, but it used to be he replaced the first super unique monster you encountered. I always made him spawn at elderitch.

But he can spawn at any super uniques location you want iirc, provided that super unique is not already defeated in your game..

As above - he spawns wherever the first superunique you come across is. Personally I go for the Den of Evil to make it as easy as possible to kill the surrounding critters.

If you're not all playing together, and everyone is able to kill him, chances are someone else had already spawned him in a location that everyone else would have a hard time getting to.
