Where in the world is Death's Web?

Does this freaking wand really exist in ladder? I have not seen it for trade, when I ask in the trade forums about it's worth... no replies, i've put an offer out for one... I will pay a Gul .... and NOTHING... I've NEVER once seen anyone with a death's web for trade in ladder. I'm on USWest.... and it just aint happening. My buddies have found mara's, homonculus, HoZ, SoJ, Cham rune.... yeah, all of this great stuff between 3 of us who consistently do MF runs.... but none of us have ever seen a Death's Web.... not even on the trade forums. How much do these things go for IF you can find one for trade? What item would you say they are comparable to in difficulty to aquire (no need to answer if you don't know).

I mean, they seem completely worthless to anybody but poison necros... but for a poison necro... whoa... they will take you to that next level... just imagine, Trangs gloves for the +25% poison damage... Trangs shield with 2 other items for the -25% To Enemy Poison Resistance and Death's Web for -40-50% To Enemy Poison Resistance... throw in lower resist curse.... and your poison is just mad insane pure damage!

I found my Death Web in the WSK last ladder... so they do exist. But they are very rare and difficult to get. I used ATMA to look at the chances of various monsters dropping one, assuming 230% mf and a single player game here are the average number of kills needed to produce one.

Note only Baal and a few Superuniques can even drop one. The best bet is probably clearances of the WSK, the Pit and other level 85 areas. There all Boss packs, champions and regular monsters can drop a Deaths Web. Level 84 areas also have a lower chance and areas down to level 82 a much lower chance.

Ok i play on Europe and i bought one in trade channel the other day
for an ist rune, i dont know what it goes for in west, but my was -46/1
so i have to say it was a bad one, and i offered a vex rune + 5 all resist sc
for a perf one and i think i was way of, so i think a good one will set u back
alot.
