I think that belts with open wounds and amulets with FRW and blocking are worth to try sometimes. Also blood axes and hit-power blunt weapons (gogo scepters) could be good in untwinked.

I have had some decent luck with crafting. I haven't been as lucky to get +skills or something like that but My lvl82 Frenzy Barb made a pair of Blood gloves out of Vampirebones with (the most prominent are listed, they have the full # of powers) Def 127 20%FAS 9%CB 8%MF 3%Life Leech. I'll put up thier stats later.
